1.2 Changes

- Fix level transition blocks being triggerable by fireflower or cape twirls, which could brick your save file
- Fix an unfair death from holding jump out of the last pipe in the sinking temple level
- Increase layer 2 contrast in the sinking temple level
- increase contrast of waterfalls
- Make bombs flash in the boss fight before exploding
- Make shells consistently not despawn at the end of phase 2 in the boss fight. Previously they would only sometimes persist.
- Fix strange powerup/powerdown animation in hub areas, which was caused by a bug in the single screen uber
- Fix some graphical issues, cutoff, etc.
- Various other experience improvements
