* Fixed cutoff in Cola Cavern 4's Layer 3 background
* Removed accidental double-placed Red Koopa in Sugar Snowfield 7
* Replaced vertical and horizontal level wrap sprites with UberASM
* Reworked the second half of Cola Fortress to work around potential softlocks caused by the SMB3 directional elevator sprite crossing the wraparound points
* Added custom pipe blocks for 3-tile-wide exit-enabled vertical pipes to make them less awkward to enter

* Fixed the midway entrance of Walnut Fortress so that the checkpoint actually WORKS (I didn't realize I forgot to do that until watching imamelia LP it, die after the midway point, and get sent back to the beginning.  Why didn't my testers pick up on this?)
* Fixed a cutoff in one of the Grinder line guides in the first part of Walnut Fortress

* Disabled the timer on all maze/puzzle levels and applied Time Up Fix.
* Shortened a spike pit in the second room of Sesame Pyramid.  Its original length made for a dicey jump leading to one of the doors.  SPOILER ALERT: It's the wrong door, but it serves as a way out in case the player screws up the puzzle, so it SHOULDN'T be so hard to get to.
